Start on the Free plan — it’s free forever, needs no credit card, and includes the full platform, so you can set up a vault, write policies, and run real transactions within the Free limits. When you outgrow those limits, upgrade to Starter in a click — billing is monthly, pro-rated, and cancel-anytime. To evaluate at larger scale, reach out and we’ll set up an Enterprise pilot.

No. Pricing is a flat monthly subscription per tier. We never charge per transaction or take a percentage of the value you move through Zodiac — your transaction-volume limit only affects which tier you’re on, not a fee.

Transaction volume (also called TVP — Total Value Processed) is the total value that flows through Zodiac over a calendar month — whether it moves through a Zodiac module or is submitted via a Zodiac interface. Self-custody actions you execute directly from your wallet, without going through Zodiac, don’t count.

Assets under management is the value your Zodiac setup is responsible for. In the direct case, that’s the assets held in the Safes your Zodiac modules are added to. In the wider case, it also includes protocol assets controlled through such a Safe — for example when the Safe is the owner or admin of protocol contracts — even though those assets don’t sit in the Safe itself. Assets in protocols you merely interact with, like depositing into a lending market, don’t count.

Your execution continues to work for a grace period — operations don’t fail mid-run. Policy and account-setup updates are blocked until you upgrade.

Each plan includes a set number of vaults — 3 on Free, 10 on Starter, and unlimited on Enterprise. Your transaction-volume and asset limits are pooled across all vaults under the subscription, and one subscription covers your whole organization.

Yes. Every plan ships the full platform — the policy engine, SDK & API, Pilot browser extension, Roles & delay contracts, and full wallet and chain support. Plans differ by usage limits (volume, assets, seats, vaults, and policies) and the level of support, not by features.

Enterprise customers get a named Customer Success Manager, scheduled check-ins, priority Discord access, support on integration design, custom SLAs, and procurement / security-review support. Free and Starter are supported through Discord and in-app.

Self-serve from the app at any time. Pro-rated for the rest of the billing period. Downgrading takes effect at the next billing cycle.
